Exchange & Return Policy


All our products are custom-made, so exchanges or returns are not accepted once the order is in process, except for manufacturing defects.


Customers must report any defect within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The store reserves the right to inspect the item.


If a defect is confirmed, we will cover shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.


Requests are not accepted after 24 hours or if damage is caused by misuse or negligence.


For returned or uncollected orders, if the customer requests reshipping, the full delivery cost will be charged again.
